Hiking and Healing: A Journey into God’s Creation
Join us for Hiking and Healing—a spirit-renewing walk through the living cathedral of God’s creation. On June 21, 2025, we will venture down the Tennessee Valley Trail in the Marin Headlands, a sacred space where sky, sea, and earth testify to the majesty of our Creator.
This is more than a hike. It’s a pilgrimage of the heart—3.6 miles round trip—toward the quiet presence of God found in rustling trees, ocean breeze, and shared silence. We’ll walk together to the beach (pictured), spread out blankets, pray, reflect, and simply be with the One who made us.
WHEN: June 21, 2025 @ 9:00am

Why We Hike
We walk to draw nearer to Christ through His creation. We offer gratitude, surrender, and trust in every step. Healing comes not only through the beauty around us but through the love we share.
As St. Mother Teresa reminds us, true healing happens when we console Jesus in one another—responding not with indifference, but with compassion. “We should respond to the thirst in others not with indifference, but with a gentle smile that says: I delight that you exist, and I too understand the pain of the thirst.”
